”Meeting 2009 with  “THE LIONS ”
As agreed at our 5-year anniversary-meeting in 2008 our meeting in 2009 will take us again to the 
“Beer Museum” at Rodt-Tomberg (St.Vith).
The obvious success of last year in mind, we, as Management, decided to do it 
on the same place as last year. 
The beautiful surroundings and the unique landscape is one of the plus points 
of the past.
The meeting starts on  Thursday, August 13, 2009 from 12 pm ,  and the end 
is scheduled on Sunday, August 16. 
We offer you three festive evenings with fun music, two bands with live
music, special act, two ride-outs, bike shops, fun camping, 3 x breakfast, 
2 x dinner, barbecue, showers, biker games.

The meeting is located at 3 km from the center of St. Vith, where you have 
the possibility to book a hotel.

We have the infrastructure to provide maximum 200 people, 
that's why we ask to register as soon as possible. 


    Register in time = certainty of participation!
 
 
PRICES:

Prices (one day)  € 30 for one person = (Camping, shower, breakfast, dinner and party night).

All included  € 90 for one person  = (Camping, showers, 3 times breakfast, 2 x dinner on Thursday and Friday,

18.30 o’clock: In the beermuseum we joy our delicious dinner.
21.00 o’clock: Party night with disco in the Apresskihütte.
                         All beverages in the Skihütte €1.50
Friday 14 August:
  8.00 o’clock: breakfast until 9.30 o’clock
10.00 o’clock: gathering middle square for a ride-out.
10.15 o’clock: briefing (tour, responsibles, fuels, breaks, etc.)
10.30 o’clock:  departure of the Ride-out!
18.30 o’clock: dinner in the beermuseum
